Lindsay then created a Story Guide that included key language for the Just Me Project: mission, values, messaging examples, FAQs, benefits and features, and strategies for a
successful Kickstarter campaign.
From there, Lindsay and Amy met offline for copy coaching, and Lindsay guided Amy in writing a successful email campaign that drove the bulk of conversions. As the launch grew closer, Lindsay met with Amy to continue to optimize
the campaign. She watched how people responded to emails and social posts and made targeted suggestions for follow-up communications.
